Great effort is made for patients to see Dr. Palacci within a day. He is charming person with profound knowledge of his subject. He is caring,courteous and knows all his patients well, being a small practice. The same is true of his partners. It is a friendly and welcoming surgery which is unique at a time when large practices are the norm. I thoroughly recommend this surgery.

Listens and doesnt rush. Explains in common language and treats kids grown ups rather than talk down to them.

Dr Palacci has a wonderful bedside manner and a lightness of touch which puts you instantly at ease. He explains exactly what your condition is and the various ways it can be dealt with. He is not afraid to mention alternative therapies whilst always explaining their relative efficacies. All this inspires enormous confidence. He seems to have a good network of specialist referrals which he uses sparingly and appropriately.
